Bugtopia catches you in the most simple way, collecting bugs! You have to raise bugs to sell them so you get new ones. They come in a vast variation of colors and shapes, and the breeding function lets you discover new species. Personally I like to check in my bugs in my free time and plan which one will get me the highest income.

The game has easy to follow instructions and interface, the graphics and music are soothing to the eye and ear. The landscape or terrarium is customizable with objects, they do not have an effect in the game but gives a bright scenery. However, objects sold at the store do boost your raising work.

You can play it at your own pace; leaving the game open in the background and doing other activities or close it and come back to see how much money you amassed. One thing I would like to highlight, the game requires patience. You need to put in certain amount of time to consolidate your terrarium and then you start earning enough money to get more valuable bugs.

As for recommendations, I would suggest adding a function to preview which species will appear in the breeding, so I can organize my bugs in an efficient way.

In short, bugtopia is an idle game that lets you experience the joy of raising cute vivid bug pets. I will keep playing to grow them healthy and happy.
